National Treasure? or the "Beale Treasure"?
(The difference between the movie and real.)
I have Been reading this book called "The Code Book". Just because i thought it would be interesting since i saw the movie "national treasure" i have been more interested in codes than usual. Well, Read what i found in Chapter 2.
Chapter 2.
January 1820, a stranger " Thmas J. Beale rode to Lychburg to the Washington Hotel. 2 years later after he had misterously disappeard. He entrusted Morriss with a locked iron box. Morriss i think was the owner of the hotel. Morriss put the box in a safe and
on May 9th, 1822, Morriss received a letter from Beale. In Beales letter it described how important the box was. It went something like this: The box you have is of great importance and it's loss would be irreparable. you will therfore see the neccessity of taking care of this box and if i die a friend of mine will send you a letter on June 1832. By then you may open the box and decipher the clues.
Unfortunatly the letter never arrived "guess why". Morriss never open the box till 3 or 5 years later. He tried all his life to crack the code. But when he was in his 80's and was dying he gave the ciphers to a friend. and later he discovered the meaning. "Can you guess how h figured out these cipher's?" After searching all of the books he could "because this is a book cipher, he thought" He finally found the answer "Did you guess where? Oh, Come on think of the movie""National Treasure""
Hmm... If you guessed an old ship, You are totally wrong. "think later in the movie" . Ok i guess i'll tell you. He found the answer to parts of the cipher not in silence dogood letters. But in the Declaration of Independance.
(Now if you watched disney channel's surfers interview Nicolas Cage. You know why he thinks this kind of treasure really exists... Because it does.

Food For Thought on America’s presence in Iraq
Dear Editor,
Iraq, just in case you might this of Iraq as only an oil rich nation, ruled by an evil dictator for 30 years, whether it has been supporting terrorists or may not be very important, here are a few important facts regarding the important history and roles that this nation has played down through history.
Did you know?
Our President knows these things but cannot speak about them because of the laws governing separation of church and state.
1. The Garden of Eden was in Iraq. ( It sure doesn’t look like paradise today.)
2. Adam and Eve were created in Iraq.
3.Satan made his first recorded appearance in Iraq.
4. Mesopotamia, which is now Iraq, was the cradle of civilization.
5. Noah built the ark in Iraq.
6. Nimrod established Babylon and the Tower of Babel was built in Iraq.
7. The confusion of the languages took place in Iraq.
8. Abraham was from Ur, which is in southern Iraq.
9. Isaac’s wife, Rebekah is from Nahor, Which is in Iraq.
10. Jacob met Rachel in Iraq.
11. Jonah preached in Nineveh, Which is in Iraq.
12. Daniel was in the lion’s den in Iraq.
13. The three Hebrew children were in the fire in Iraq (that’s good news to know that JESUS has been to Iraq as the fourth person in the fiery furnace).
14. The events of the book of Esther took place in Iraq.
15. The three wise men that brought gifts at the birth of Christ were from Iraq.
16. This is something to think about!
Since an eagle typically represents America, Saddam should have read up on his Muslim Passages. . . The following verse is from the Quran (the Islamic Bible; Quran 9:11)- For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; and there was peace. (Note the verse number 9:11)
